Eligibility Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or refund. Items on sale cannot be refunded.
Item Condition: All returned or exchanged items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Fees:
- Return & Exchange orders are subject to a full shipping charge, with the final fee calculated according to your shipping destination.
- Delivery/Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Package Review: You are welcome to open and inspect your package while the courier is present to ensure everything is correct and meets your expectations (e.g., correct size, fit, and condition).
Refused Orders: If you refuse delivery of your order, whether because an item doesn't fit or for any other reason, you will still be required to pay the original shipping fee to cover the delivery attempt

Final Sale: Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded after the courier has left.
On-the-Spot Exception: Sale items can only be returned or exchanged immediately upon delivery while the courier is at your door. Please check sale items carefully during the package review period.
